We currently ship to the United States and European countries. Orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on your location.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
We work with trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and local European courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. MULISOFT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
