We currently ship to the United States and European countries. Orders will be shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on your location.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. MULISOFT is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us at support@mulisoft.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
