How long does shipping take?

Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays).

Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping availability depends on your location and current promotions. Please refer to the checkout page for the final shipping cost.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also check your order status in your account (if you created one).

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (please follow your store’s published Refund Policy).

For hygiene reasons, items that show clear signs of use, stains, or odors may not be eligible for return. If your item is defective, contact us and we’ll make it right.

My item arrived damaged / wrong / missing—what should I do?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and product. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Which pillow is best for my sleep position?

Side sleepers usually prefer more height and support. Back sleepers often prefer medium loft with neck support. Stomach sleepers generally do best with a lower, softer pillow. Please check each product page for loft/firmness guidance.

Is there a “new foam” smell? How long does it last?

A mild odor after unboxing can be normal for foam products. Air the pillow out in a well-ventilated area for 24–72 hours. The smell should fade over time.

Does the pillow need time to expand?

If your pillow is compressed for shipping, allow it to fully expand for 24–48 hours after opening. Gently fluffing can help.

How do I clean the pillow?

For most pillows, the cover is removable and washable (follow the care label).

The foam/core should not be machine washed—spot clean with a mild detergent and let it air dry completely.

For mattresses: does it come in a box and how long to expand?

Many mattresses ship compressed in a box. After unboxing, allow 24–72 hours to fully expand (up to 7 days in cooler rooms). Refer to the mattress product page for exact guidance.

For mattresses: what kind of foundation do I need?

A solid platform bed, slatted base (with appropriate spacing), or a compatible box spring typically works well. Please check the specific mattress requirements on its product page.
